Refund and Cancellation Policy
Straightforward guidance for cancellations, billing errors, and refund requests.
Monthly subscriptions and pilot trials
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. An enrolled Reddit pilot member who cancels before the displayed 14-day trial end pays nothing. Canceling after a paid period begins stops future renewals and leaves access available through the paid period when supported by the plan.
Billing errors
Contact us if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or technically incorrect. We will review verified billing errors and correct them when appropriate.
One-time purchases
Founding Operator purchases are generally non-refundable once core access is provisioned, except where required by law. Verified duplicate charges and technical billing errors will be corrected. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to request help
Email sales@permitsheriff.com with the account email, charge date, and a short description. Do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
